Terms and Conditions for Scope North RX Inc.

  2. Products and Services: We offer a range of prescription medications, including biologics. Our product list is detailed and specific to ensure our customers receive the necessary medications.
  3. Order Process: Customers can place orders through our online platform or affiliates. During the ordering process, we collect general information such as name, address, date of birth, medical information, and payment methods. Orders for prescription medications require a valid prescription, which must be scanned and sent to us. We do not handle narcotics or controlled medications and limit the supply to a maximum of three months. Upon placing an order, customers will receive email confirmations. Orders can be tracked through Canada Post, USPS, and our online service.
  4. Pricing and Payment: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, e-cheques, and wire transfers. Additional fees apply for shipments: $25 USD for ambient shipments, $75 USD for standard cold chain shipments, and $195 USD for certified cold chain shipments. Discounts and promotions will be applied as per the specifics mentioned during the offer.
  5. Shipping and Delivery: We ship exclusively to the United States using Canada Post and USPS. Our shipping services may require a signature and typically take 5-7 business days for standard delivery, and 10-12 days for expedited service. We adhere to FDA regulations for self-importation and do not impose duties. In case of delayed or lost shipments, we will file claims with Canada Post and send replacements free of charge.
  6. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part. Refunds are processed within three business days upon receipt of returned products due to pharmacy errors.
  7. Privacy and Security: We are committed to protecting customer information and have measures in place to ensure data security. Our Privacy Policy details our data collection, use, and protection practices. In the event of data breaches or security incidents, we will follow the procedures outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  8. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with local laws. Misuse of our products will result in service discontinuation and the customer’s account being red-flagged.
