Orders for prescription medications require a valid prescription, which must be scanned and sent to us. We do not handle narcotics or controlled medications and limit the supply to a maximum of three months. Upon placing an order, customers will receive email confirmations. Orders can be tracked through Canada Post, USPS, and our online service.
4. Pricing and Payment: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, e-cheques, and wire transfers. Additional fees apply for shipments: $25 USD for ambient shipments, $75 USD for standard cold chain shipments, and $195 USD for certified cold chain shipments. Discounts and promotions will be applied as per the specifics mentioned during the offer.
5. Shipping and Delivery: We ship exclusively to the United States using Canada Post and USPS. Our shipping services may require a signature and typically take 5-7 business days for standard delivery, and 10-12 days for expedited service. We adhere to FDA regulations for self-importation and do not impose duties. In case of delayed or lost shipments, we will file claims with Canada Post and send replacements free of charge.
6. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part. Refunds are processed within three business days upon receipt of returned products due to pharmacy errors.
